| dc.description.abstract | 21-րդ դարի սկզբին տեղի ունեցող ինտեգրման, միջազգայնացման և գլոբալացման գործընթացները արմատական փոփոխություններ են մտցրել համաշխարհային տնտեսության մեջ / Целью диссертации является оценка влияния особенностей деятельности научных парков и технополисов на национальную экономику посредством обобщения и систематизации мирового опыта их формирования и развития, a также оценка возможностей, перспективных направлений развития и основных проблем технопарков в Армении путем разработки новых концептуальных подходов развития технопарков и технополисов и определения основ оценки экономической эффективности их деятельности / The aim of the dissertation is to (i) evaluate, through extrapolation and systematization of international practices in the establishment and development of technology parks, science parks and technology towns, the effect of specifics of their operation on national economy, as well as (ii) evaluate the prospective directions and fundamental problems of their development in Armenia, by means of working out new conceptual approaches to the development of technology parks and towns and identifying the bases for the assessment of the economic efficiency of their operation | |
