Abstract
The history of Armenian book printing is one of the bright pages of the world culture and civilization. A comprehensive analysis has shown that thanks to the development of book printing a large number of books in different languages, periodicals and bibliographic publications were published, which by their meaning and functions influenced and continue influencing the development of intercultural, scientific, educational, technological (“digitalization”) and social communications.
The theme of the conference is “Heritage Preservation for Sustainable Future,” which also should equally refer to the problem of saving the Armenian cultural heritage from destruction, which remained under the control of Azerbaijanis as a result of the new Artsakh war. In order to contribute to this important matter, the author of the lines has proposed cooperation with the international library community participating in this conference.
