dc.description.abstractՍույն հոդվածում վեր են հանվում ղարաբաղի բարբառի հնչյունական, քերականական և բառապաշարային մակարդակներում կատարված փոփոխությունները, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ հայերենի մյուս բարբառների նման արցախահայերի հաղորդակցման հիմնական միջոցը զարգացման հեռանկարներ չունի և ի վերջո դատապարտված է վերացման: Միաժամանակ ներկայացվում են բարբառի՝ որպես Արցախի ոչ նյութական մշակույթի պահպանման հեռանկարները, կարևորվում նրա ուսումնասիրումը, բարբառով բանահյուսական և ազգագրական նյութերի հավաքումը, Արցախի ժողովրդագիտությանը նվիրված գիտաժողովների, գիտական քննարկումների, մշակութային և տարաբնույթ այլ միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը, գիտական ու գիտահանրամատչելի աշխատությունների և ժողովածուների հրատարակումը:
dc.description.abstractThis article examines the changes made at the phonetic, grammatical and lexical levels of the Karabakh dialect, which proves that, like other dialects of Armenian, the main means of communication of Artsakh Armenians has no prospects for development and will eventually be subject to elimination. Parallel to that, are presented the prospects of preserving the dialect as an intangible culture of Artsakh, its study is emphasized, the collection of folklore and ethnographic materials in the dialect, the organization of conferences, scientific discussions, cultural and various other events dedicated to the demography of Artsakh and the collection and publication of scientific works.
