Abstract

The object of socio-psychological environment management is a working team. The issues of psychological bases of team management of libraries not well-explored in professional literature in Armenia in the 21st century. By means of experimental methods, the article presents and generalises the peculiarities of the socio-psychological environment of the library. It comprehensively examines the factors influencing the environment and highlights the importance of its formation and management. The goal is to create a comfortable and effective working environment.
