Abstract

Jasmine Dum-Tragut is a prominent Austrian linguist specializing in Armenian studies, a professor at the University of Salzburg, and an expert on modern Eastern Armenian. She is known for her fundamental research into Armenian grammar, her studies of the Christian East, and her active work in popularizing Armenian culture, for which she was awarded an honorary doctorate from the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia
